Respond To COVID-19
Lockdown Exit Strategy

Dear Customers, Vendors and Business Partners,
I hope you are well and managing the exit Covid-19 lockdown. I am writing to give you a brief update on how we at Caribbean World Shop are planning to manage the transition out of lock-down and home-working as many countries start to relax travel, mask and distance rules.
Nearly two years since the start of global lockdowns, we continue to keep focused on helping you by making it easier to ensure business continuity, whiles simultaneously continuing to focus on maintaining customer service and employee safety. Our commitment throughout is that we are as helpful as we can be to you, our clients, and partners during this moment of uncertainty. That is mainly about returning to normal and ensuring uninterrupted service.
While some countries are still seeing a rise in cases, others are beginning to relax their rules. That will allow us and other businesses a gradual return to our offices. Given the variation in rules by country, our guidelines for a return to offices will reflect what is permitted in each country. At the same time, we are conscious of your orders and not getting to you in a timely manner.
We are immensely proud of the resilience, flexibility, and professionalism of our employees, who have stayed focused on delivering for customers and partners during the peak of the pandemic. We are equally appreciative of the support of our customers and vendors. We would like to express our deepest regret for the delay in shipping your order through the pandemic.
COVID-19 continues to impact all of us, from how we work to how we conduct our daily lives. Life, as we know it before, will never return to 100% normal. As a global enterprise e-commerce marketplace, Caribbean World Shop continues to manage the evolving situation and monitor closely how COVID-19 has and is affecting our business, our team, our customers, our vendors, and our partners.
Caribbean World Shop stands firm in our company values: putting customers first, teaming and working together for the best outcomes, deciding and acting in a way that makes an impact, and learning and adapting to help our teams, vendors, partners and customers adjust to this new way of life.
As we say here in the Caribbean “Dog don’t bark at park car” which means keep moving! You can only see as far as your headlights, but you can make the whole trip that way. We must take it day by day. Parts of the world have turned a corner, but we do not know when the greatest risk will be behind all of us. We are closely monitoring information from WHO, government officials, and health authorities and will keep you updated as the situation evolves.
We are truly grateful for your support and partnership during this time as we all face this unprecedented challenge together.
Thank you for your trust and partnership.
